Region 9 Recipients Only: PHIG Strategic Planning Community of Practice Session 4

This four-part series will present the building blocks of successful strategic planning processes by reviewing real-life examples of health departments in Region 9. An interactive approach with facilitated Q&A is designed to create a learning community that can provide support as health departments journey through the strategic planning process.

The four sessions will focus on:

1. Planning to Plan: Foundational Discussions of the Strategic Planning Process

2. Gathering the Data

3. Identifying Strategic Priorities

4. Monitoring and Evaluating Implementation of Your Strategic Plan

This workshop series is exclusively available to public health professionals employed by PHIG direct recipient health departments in Region 9. Participants are highly encouraged to attend all four sessions of the series.
