With internal investment and support, staff can develop and facilitate trainings tailored to meet the needs of their own health department. The webinar will highlight the process Louisiana Public Health Institute (LPHI) staff have done internally to develop, launch, and sustain an operational excellence series facilitated by and for LPHI staff. The staff who created the series will highlight best practices to develop this series in house, share training topics, and highlight lessons learned. After the webinar, interested health departments can request technical assistance around how to launch this at their own health department.
