Save the Date to meet us in St. Louis, Missouri, for the 2025 PHIG Annual Recipient Convening (ARC) from August 18-21! This convening will bring together PHIG recipients, national partners, and leaders to share successes, ideas, and innovations. Each recipient jurisdiction may have up to four participants, with PHIG Principal Investigators, Workforce Directors, Data Modernization Directors, and Evaluators highly encouraged to attend.
2025 PHIG Annual Recipient Convening Objectives
- Explore Public Health Infrastructure Foundations and Community Impact
Participants will examine stories of real-world progress and success, with a focus on understanding and demonstrating the impact of infrastructure activities upon the communities that they serve.
- Foster Collaboration and Leverage Partners
Participants will develop strategies to enhance collaboration across teams, organizations, and communities to accelerate impact and meet the evolving needs of state, local, and territorial/freely associated state jurisdictions. - Advance Innovation, Scalability, and Sustainability in Infrastructure Efforts
Participants will apply innovation and change management principles when planning for scalable, long-term, flexible initiatives and building support for ongoing investment in public health infrastructure.
Call for Session Proposals is Open April 9 – May 9
We are pleased to announce that the Call for Session Proposals will be open from April 9 to May 9. We encourage PHIG health department recipients, PHIG National Partners, TA providers, CDC leadership, and other partners to submit proposals. To submit your proposal, please review the submission guidelines and use the Cvent platform. Submitters will be notified if their proposal is accepted by Wednesday, May 28. Presenters of accepted proposals are expected to register for the ARC by the registration deadline that will be provided.
