This modernization aims to streamline workflows, enhance patient access to records, and improve data integrity, which is critical for reducing claim denials and increasing user satisfaction. PHIG funding enabled a comprehensive evaluation by a global consulting firm specializing in audit, tax, and advisory services to assess the current system and develop requirements for a new solution. While benefits are anticipated post-implementation, the upgrade is expected to enhance operational efficiency and sustainability by increasing revenue through reduced administrative costs and improved billing accuracy.
