Save the Date to meet us in St. Louis, Missouri for the 2025 PHIG Annual Recipient Convening from August 18-21, 2025! This convening will bring together PHIG recipients, national partners, and CDC leaders to share successes, ideas, and innovations. Each recipient jurisdiction may have up to 4 participants, with PHIG Principal Investigators, Workforce Directors, Data Modernization Directors, and Evaluators highly encouraged to attend.
